Jessica Fagan is a dedicated and community-minded student in her third year at Saint Mary's University, pursuing a Bachelor of Arts with a joint major in Criminology and Political Science. She aspires to attend law school and continue her commitment to public service through policy and advocacy.

A graduate of Northumberland Regional High School (NRHS), Jessica demonstrated strong leadership and civic engagement through extensive volunteerism and community involvement. During her four years at NRHS, she volunteered with the Karma Closet initiative, serving as Student Lead Volunteer in her final year. In this role, she organized a major event that welcomed Prime Minister Justin Trudeau and local Member of Parliament, the Honourable Sean Fraser, and contributed to efforts that helped launch the national school food program.

Jessica's passion for public service continued beyond high school as she worked alongside the Honourable Sean Fraser as one of his Directors-at-Large. Through these experiences, she has built meaningful connections with national leaders, including former Prime Minister Justin Trudeau and current Prime Minister and former Bank of Canada Governor Mark Carney, further motivating her dedication to leadership, policy development, and community betterment.
